Stony Plain Legion Branch 256 Making a difference

Giving back to the community is a cornerstone of who we are.

We are so proud of our volunteers and the work they do both within the branch and within the community.

Each year a good portion of funds raised through various events and activities are donated back to the community to support local organizations and programs. 

These fall into five main categories:

"Veterans & Families", "Youth", "Hospital/Elderly,  "Feeding the Less Fortunate", and "Service Groups" 

In 2025 our branch donated over $70,000.00 in support of the community.
